Your body tells a story. We take time to listen.

Your health is personal. Tigris Valley’s functional medicine approach considers your medical history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle and individual needs to understand factors that may contribute to your concerns. Modern diagnostics and traditional systems of care are brought together within an integrative programme.

A consultation is the starting point. The clinical team reviews current care, discusses appropriate investigations and explains which options may fit your goals. Care is planned around the person—not around a requirement to receive every therapy offered.

Functional therapies at Tigris Valley.

Explore the services offered within Tigris Valley’s functional medicine approach. A consultation connects your health history, current care and goals with an appropriate plan; these are individual options, not a checklist of treatments every guest needs.

IV therapies

Intravenous therapy delivers a prescribed formulation through a vein. Tigris Valley’s functional medicine services include IV Vitamin C, glutathione, alpha-lipoic acid and L-carnitine, with the choice of formulation made after a clinical assessment.

The published Vitamin C pathway begins with a review of health history, current medicines and treatment goals, followed by an individually prescribed infusion and a monitored session. Nutrition and everyday care remain part of the wider plan—not every guest needs an infusion.

  • A physician selects the formulation and dose.
  • Health conditions, medicines and relevant test results are reviewed first.
  • The session and follow-up are tailored to the clinical indication.

IV therapies have risks and are not a general replacement for balanced nutrition or prescribed medical treatment. Benefits depend on the formulation and the condition being treated.

EECP

Enhanced External Counterpulsation is a non-invasive treatment using inflatable cuffs around the lower body, synchronised with the heartbeat through ECG monitoring. Tigris Valley offers physician-supervised EECP within its functional medicine cardiac programme.

The cuffs inflate during the heart’s relaxation phase and deflate before it pumps. The programme begins with a cardiac assessment, then an individual session schedule, supervised treatment and a review of symptoms and activity tolerance.

  • Considered for selected patients with chronic stable angina.
  • Cardiac history and current medicines guide suitability.
  • The treatment schedule and progress reviews are set by the clinical team.

EECP does not replace emergency cardiac care, prescribed medicines or surgery when indicated. New or worsening chest pain needs urgent medical assessment.

Ozone

Tigris Valley lists ozone therapy among its complementary functional medicine services. A consultation should establish the proposed procedure, the reason it is being considered and how it fits alongside your existing medical care.

The clinic describes an individualised, medically supervised course rather than a standard wellness add-on. Discuss the exact method, the evidence for your particular condition, potential adverse effects and alternatives before deciding whether to proceed.

  • Clarify the proposed method and clinical rationale.
  • Review current conditions and medicines before treatment.
  • Agree on realistic goals and a plan for monitoring.

Ozone is not the same as oxygen therapy. Evidence is limited for many promoted uses, and inhaling ozone is harmful. It should not be presented as a proven cure or a replacement for established treatment.

Hydrogen

Molecular hydrogen therapy is offered at Tigris Valley as a non-invasive, physician-supervised option within a wider integrative programme. Its service page discusses oxidative stress, fatigue and recovery as areas raised in consultation.

Your clinician should explain the proposed delivery method, why it is being considered, and the limits of the evidence for your health concern. Session duration and any course of care are decided after assessment rather than chosen from a fixed wellness menu.

  • Discuss symptoms, existing diagnoses and current care.
  • Understand the proposed method and what will be monitored.
  • Review the plan alongside nutrition, lifestyle and appropriate medical care.

Molecular hydrogen remains an area of research. It is not an established stand-alone treatment for kidney disease, heart disease or other chronic conditions.

Chelation

Tigris Valley’s published chelation service uses intravenous EDTA within a medically supervised programme. Before any infusion, the clinic describes a review of medical history, liver and kidney function, allergy history and relevant laboratory investigations.

Chelation medicines bind certain metals so they can be removed from the body. The clinical indication, choice of medicine, treatment schedule and monitoring must be decided by a qualified clinician—not by symptoms such as fatigue alone.

  • Establish a clear medical indication before considering treatment.
  • Review kidney function, medicines and relevant blood tests.
  • Agree on monitoring and follow-up throughout any prescribed course.

Chelation is an established treatment for certain metal poisonings. Claims that EDTA clears arterial plaque or replaces bypass surgery are not established; it must not displace cardiology care.

Colon hydrotherapy

Colon hydrotherapy, also called colonic irrigation, introduces water into the large intestine through a rectal tube. At Tigris Valley, the published service describes medical screening, filtration and hygiene controls, and monitoring during the procedure.

Tigris Valley lists hydrogen-rich water, six-stage filtration, UV sterilisation and real-time monitoring as features of its equipment. A clinician should explain what the procedure involves, how hygiene is maintained, whether it is suitable for you and what alternatives are available. It is separate from a functional medicine consultation.

  • Review bowel conditions, previous procedures, medicines and other health concerns.
  • Discuss the equipment, infection-control arrangements and potential discomfort.
  • Make an informed decision after discussing risks and alternatives.

Colon cleansing is not needed for routine detoxification or lasting weight loss. Risks include cramping, dehydration, electrolyte disturbance, infection and bowel injury. Medical screening does not remove all risk.

These service descriptions explain Tigris Valley’s published offerings and do not promise treatment outcomes. Evidence, risks and suitability differ between therapies. Continue prescribed care and review any proposed procedure with a qualified clinician. For independent information about colon-cleansing risks, see Mayo Clinic’s patient guidance.

A plan that starts with you.

Begin with a consultation, understand your health needs, and work with the care team on a personalised approach to nutrition, therapies and everyday habits. Tigris Valley’s published services combine a clinical review with individual treatment planning and monitoring. The purpose, evidence, risks and alternatives of any proposed test or procedure should be clear before you decide. Keep prescribed medical care in place and share current medicines and relevant health conditions with your clinician.

Your clinician explains any proposed investigations, therapies and follow-up. IV infusions, EECP, ozone, hydrogen, chelation and colon hydrotherapy are separate options with different indications and levels of evidence. Functional medicine questions,

before you begin.

Which functional therapies are offered?

Tigris Valley’s published services include IV therapies, EECP, ozone, molecular hydrogen, EDTA chelation and colon hydrotherapy. The detailed sections above explain each option. A clinician decides which, if any, are appropriate for you.

What is included under IV therapies?

The functional medicine website lists IV Vitamin C, glutathione, alpha-lipoic acid and L-carnitine. Formulation, dose and session arrangements are prescribed individually after review of your health history, current medicines and relevant tests.

Does EECP replace cardiac medicines or surgery?

No. EECP uses heartbeat-synchronised cuffs and may be considered for selected patients with chronic stable angina. It does not replace prescribed medicines, emergency assessment or surgery when indicated. Your treating clinician should guide the decision.

Are ozone and hydrogen therapies suitable for everyone?

No. These complementary services require a discussion of the proposed method, the evidence for your condition, risks and alternatives. Evidence is limited for many promoted uses. Neither should replace established medical treatment.

Is colon hydrotherapy a routine detox or weight-loss treatment?

No. Colon cleansing is not needed to remove everyday toxins and is not an established route to lasting weight loss. Risks include dehydration, electrolyte disturbance, infection and bowel injury. Tigris Valley describes screening and hygiene controls, but these do not remove all risk.

How do I arrange a consultation?

Use the enquiry form, WhatsApp +919072277876, or email reservation@tigrisvalley.com. Tell the team which therapy interests you and ask about consultation charges, screening requirements and scheduling before confirming a visit.
